Privacy at Forensia

When you submit the pop-up form we store the name and email you enter, along with the fact that you consented, so we can send you the occasional product update. To keep the form from being abused by bots we also record your IP address and browser user-agent at the moment you submit.

We use this only to reach you with product news and to protect the form. We do not sell it or share it with advertisers. You can unsubscribe from any email, or ask us to delete your details entirely, at any time. Just email abhimanyu.gupta@overwatchlabs.ai.

Legal basis (GDPR): your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

To understand where the tool succeeds or reaches a coverage limit, we record a rough category (for example: IP, domain, hash or CVE), the final outcome, and aggregate coverage counts. We do not put the search term itself into anonymous analytics.

These outcome events are not linked to your IP address, an account, a user agent or a persistent browser session. That holds even if you have an account: your personal history below is kept separately and is never joined to anonymous outcome analytics.

Sign-in is handled by Clerk, our authentication provider. They hold your credentials; we never see or store your password. From them we keep your email address, name and account id, so we know who you are when you come back.

While signed in we also keep your own lookup history — the things you searched for — so you can find them again and star the ones you care about. This is visible only to you, is stored separately from the anonymous analytics above, and the two are never combined.

You can clear any item from your history at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it by emailing abhimanyu.gupta@overwatchlabs.ai.

Legal basis (GDPR): performing the service you asked for by creating an account. Signed-out visitors are unaffected; nothing here applies to them.
